We're very satisfied with how Joe worked us into his schedule with Andrew and Katie. This hand off went perfectly, making it possible for us to locate a property that fit our needs completely. Andrew gave 100% effort at all times--7 days a week, making sure we were able to view and evaluate the properties. This was important because we live out-of-town and weren't readily available. He made two video walk through viewings for us. He and Katie made sure that when we were ready to make an offer all of the proper documents were prepared for us and immediately forwarded for our approval and signatures. Katie took the lead on the first property we showed an interest in, but was very candid regarding the physical condition it was in. This made it easy for us to accept the rejection by that seller's agent. We made the offer on our favorite property and it was accepted with the contingency of a walk through. We made the necessary plans and came to Sparks. After we gave approval to proceed everything went smoothly. Financing was excellent and very rapid. Andrew worked with the lender and made sure all the "i's" were dotted and the "t's" crossed. No mistakes. Signing occurred on a Thursday morning and the recording followed the next day along with the keys! Your team is very professional, exacting, and efficient.
